PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDERATION OF FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 19-1 REPEALING AND REENACTING TITLE 17 (ZONING) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE FOR THE ZONING ORDINANCE MODERNIZATION PROJECT (ZOMP). (HAMILTON)
Comment: Subsequent to the adoption of General Plan 2035, the City commenced a full rewrite of Title 17 (zoning) of the Municipal Code. The proposed new zoning code addresses all land use topics including parking, fencing, permitted uses, nonconforming uses, animal keeping, etc. The Planning Commission has completed its review and has recommended approval to the Council.
