Staff respectfully recommends that the City Council receive the presentation on the 2018 Pavement Management System Update and Draft Pavement Management Plan; and authorize staff to identify necessary funds through the budget process, to maintain the City's roadway network in its current overall condition, estimated at $7 million per year
